Good For: Increasing the calories you burn, especially when in conjunction with exercise.
Overview:
The first drug to contain obesity-fighting ingredients previously only available on the NHS, Capsiplex™ sold out within just three days when it hit the high street for the first time, selling its entire stock of 50,000 bottles.
The makers of Capsiplex™ boast that it helps to boost your metabolism and reduce your appetite. It has also been clinically proven to help burn more calories a day than you would doing exercise alone. A trial at the University of Oklahoma demonstrated that adults taking Capsiplex™ burnt 278 more calories before, during and after a bout of exercise than those on placebos. That’s the equivalent of 25 minutes of jogging or one hamburger.
Capsiplex’s key ingredient, capsicum extract, has promising reviews. Thirty years’ worth of studies have shown the impressive potential weight loss properties of the extract but the real problem was always in its delivery. The extract is unbearably hot and causes irritation when eaten in large quantities, or even when handled. Capsiplex™ has a patented tablet design that allows capsicum to be handled, eaten, absorbed and released only in the intestines where it is most effective and non-irritating. Take just one tablet a day in the morning or for best results 30-60 minutes before exercise with water.
Pros:
- All natural ingredients
- Predicts weight loss of up to 4lbs in the first week (if you have more than 14lbs to lose), reducing to 1-2lbs a week afterwards.
- The niacin that is also in Capsiplex ™ helps to boost circulation and reduce the amount of bad cholesterol in your blood. Studies by the Mayo Clinic in the U.S. state that niacin can raise your good cholesterol levels (HDL) by between 15 to 35%. At the same time, niacin also reduces your bad cholesterol levels (LDL), as well as your triglyceride levels – both of which are known risk factors for heart disease.
- Piperine, another ingredient of Capsiplex ™, ensures your body absorbs as much of the formula as possible.
- The makers of Capsiplex™ claim the piperine may help to improve digestion, relieve pain, reduce inflammation and boost the production of serotonin, the mood-enhancing and pain-relieving neurotransmitter.
- The small amount of caffeine in Capsiplex™ shouldn’t disturb sleeping patterns.
- The tablet is safe for diabetics.
- Shouldn’t interfere with any other medication.
Cons:
- Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans due to Gelatine in the capsule gel.
- The chilli extract naturally increases your body temperature in order to burn fat, and this has caused hot flushes in a small amount of customers.
- Doesn’t offer long-term support against weight re-gain
- Not suitable for anyone who is allergic to chili peppers or chili powder
Sample:
There are 30 capsules per one month supply.
Ingredients:
Capsiasin, Caffeine, Niacin, Piperine.
Health warnings:

Summary:
If you use this pill along with maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regime, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t see good results for your efforts. Its ingredients are certainly promising and its celebrity endorsement – with the likes of Nicola Maclean and Roxanne Pallett as fans – has certainly helped to keep it in the news. The fact that Capsiplex™ sold out its entire stock of 50,000 bottles within three days as well shows that it has a strong following among non-celebrities as well, so it must be doing something right.

Bought my first bottle today and have felt no side effects apart from hot flushes, to be honest though i have had the same side effects from all thermabolic supplements so its nothing out of the ordinary
Hopefully these will work considering the price i paid for them
I must admit the main website makes them sound a bit desperate and doesn’t really look to professional
Previously i tried met-rx thermo crush and the flushes i got from them was extreme compared to these
