If you can afford it though you can save pretty big overall on the larger packages compared to purchasing multiple smaller packages individually over time. I'm down more and more weight each time I weight myself. I do swimming and aerobics class twice weekly but aside from that I sit at a desk all day at work and Im fairly sedentary in the evenings and I have a tendency to snack at these times. Thats where Proactol helps. Above all it's the fact that Proactol stops me from snacking every 5 minutes that's the reason I keep using it. It really helps with cravings. You have to control yourself at first and not just eat for the sake of it or because of boredom, however if you can get through that part then because the cravings are gone you just don't think about it after a while. Which is probably my own fault because they do tell you to exercise regularly if you want to keep the weight off.
